About us
Curators, not salespeople.
Buying a home abroad should not feel like a transaction you have to survive. It should feel calm, clear and familiar.
In Alanya the number of properties for sale runs into the thousands. Momo Real Estate's job is not to add to that pile but to reduce it: everything in our portfolio was visited and examined before it got here.
Before a property enters the list we look at three things. The building itself — who built it, with what, and how quickly. The location ten years out — will the view be built over, how will access change, what is going up nearby. And whether the price is real: what comparable properties actually sold for, and where the asking figure sits against that.
If the answers don't satisfy us, the property doesn't go on the site. That is why our portfolio is short. For every home we show you there is a one-sentence answer to "why this one?" — and we expect you to ask.
We stay with you through the process: title deed and taxes, the residence permit application, transferring the utilities, letting the property when that is what you want. Buying in Alanya is not a single signature; the real work starts after it.

How it goes
Four steps. You are on your own for none of them.
- 01
We listen
Budget, rooms, distance to the sea, schools, whether the street lives through winter. We understand what you are looking for before we open a single door.
- 02
We visit
We walk through the shortlist together. Finding you a reason to say no to a flat is part of the job too.
- 03
We close the deed
Valuation, notary, sworn translator, tax number, the land registry appointment. We chase the paperwork; you sign.
- 04
We stay after the keys
Utilities, service charges, renovation, letting it out, the residence permit. The sale ends; the relationship does not.
Streets we know by name
Every district offers a different life. We work out together which one is yours.
Shall we have a coffee?
Write even if you have not decided to buy. It is never too early to ask.
